We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, which are safely and securely processed via the SecurePay payment gateway.
Please advise us within 24 hours of placement of the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us via email. We will offer a 100% refund within this time frame. If you would like to cancel the order after this time frame a credit note will be issued and is valid for 6 months.
Orders will take approximately 5 to 6 weeks to manufacture and deliver to your door.
Once the order is placed please expect to receive 3 emails over the course of the 5 to 6 weeks.

5 -10 days - your order is getting made.

4- 5 weeks - your order is ready for delivery and is on its way.

Postage Costs and Time-frame
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
AUSTRALIA: 2-7 working days - FREE POSTAGE
NEW ZEALAND: 5-7 working days - $30 flat rate
ASIA / PACIFIC: 5-10 working days - $40 flat rate
REST OF THE WORLD: 5-15 working days - $50 flat rate
* Please be mindful of public holidays as this may cause extra delays in the delivery of your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is made and ready to be shipped you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime.
Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery your order, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender. This information will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars.
Some orders may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination.
For US customers all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are pre-paid by Nadia Foti.
For all Non-EU countries most orders shouldn't be charged customs as most are below the minimum threshold. This amount may vary from country to country and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Currently we do not ship to Russia.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Nadia Foti is not liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Exchange & Return
It is important to us, that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Please choose carefully the size of the garment with the information provided on the size chart . If you would like to exchange for another size or style please keep in mind that this will take additional time to create this piece (orders will take approximately 5 to 6 weeks).
Once we authorise the exchange we will provide the return instructions, items must be returned within 7 working days. All returned items must be in new, unused, unmarked, resalable condition. All exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our inspection of the returned product.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Please note that in the event of exchanging an item, the shipping costs and postage protection (i.e. tracking) must be covered by the buyer.
Unfortunately we can not refund or exchange garments if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
If the garment doesn't meet the specifications a credit note may be issued. Credit notes issued do not include shipping costs and are valid for 6 months.
Once we authorise the credit note we will provide the details to return the item. The goods must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in new, unused, unmarked, resalable condition.
Nadia Foti is not liable for the loss of an item being sent or being returned, we recommend using registered mail.

Nadia Foti pays careful and close attention to the finish and quality of each and every product. All orders are assessed for quality before being dispatched.
